The REMODELLING Retreat:
Practitioner only

Become the practitioner that complex patients finally feel safe with.

The patients who challenge us the most are the ones with invisible injuries.

They're the ones living with persistent pain despite "normal" scans. The ones whose symptoms don't fit neatly into a diagnosis. The patients who seem chronically stress, overwhelmed, shut down, high functioning, hyper-vigilant, emotionally reactive, or completely confused and disconnected from their bodies. The ones who have seen practitioner after practitioner without lasting change. They’ve been hospitalised and discharged, taken every medication under the sun and still they struggle to get out of bed.

Many healthcare professionals were never taught how trauma shapes the nervous system, the fascia, our circulation, microbiomes, behaviour, communication, or human connection.

Remodelling was created to change that.

This immersive professional development program combines three days of live, in-person training with 12 weeks of virtual group coaching and mentorship, giving you the knowledge, practical skills and ongoing support to confidently integrate trauma-informed care into your clinical practice.

This isn't just another CPD course.

It's an opportunity to completely remodel the way you understand pain, behaviour, health and human connection.

What you'll learn

Grounded in the latest research, REMODELLING helps you understand why the body behaves the way it does after adversity and how that knowledge can transform clinical practice.

Together we'll explore:

  • Trauma science through the lens of biology, neuroscience, social science and cellular physiology.

  • The impact of chronic stress on the brain, nervous system, immunity, gut microbiome and body.

  • Why PTSD, complex trauma, neurodivergence and concussion frequently overlap and how to recognise these presentations in practice.

  • Somatic Symptom Disorder, Functional Neurological Disorder and persistent pain through a trauma-informed framework.

  • The underlying mechanisms contributing to many chronic autoimmune, gastrointestinal, skin and metabolic conditions commonly associated with prolonged nervous system dysregulation.

  • How trauma influences movement, communication, relationships, emotional regulation and recovery.

  • Practical strategies to create safety without overstepping your professional scope.

  • Language that builds trust, reduces defensiveness and strengthens therapeutic alliance.

  • How to regulate yourself so you can better support your patients.

Who is this for?

Remodelling is designed for healthcare professionals and manual therapists who want to feel more confident treating people with complex presentations.

Whether you're an osteopath, physiotherapist, chiropractor, massage therapist, exercise physiologist, psychologist, counsellor, occupational therapist or another allied health professional, this program will help you better understand the patients who don't fit neatly into traditional biomedical models.

If you've ever thought:

  • "I feel like I'm missing something."

  • "Nothing I do seems to create lasting change."

  • "These patients keep falling through the cracks."

  • "I want to help, but I don't know how."

Then this program was built for you.

More than theory

Knowledge alone doesn't change practice.

Throughout the three-day immersion you'll participate in practical exercises, reflective activities and guided discussions designed to strengthen your emotional intelligence, clinical awareness and confidence when working with people living with trauma.

You'll leave with your own Trauma-Informed Practice Checklist—a practical framework you can begin implementing in your clinic immediately.

Then, over the following 12 weeks, you'll receive ongoing group coaching and case discussions so you can ask questions, refine your approach and confidently apply what you've learned with real patients.

Because becoming trauma-informed isn't something you learn over a weekend.

It's processes you implement, policies you enforce and habits you practise - over time.

The outcome

By the end of REMODELLING, you'll be able to:

  • Better recognise trauma-informed presentations in everyday clinical practice.

  • Understand the mechanisms driving complex and persistent symptoms.

  • Build stronger therapeutic relationships through safety, trust and effective communication.

  • Feel more confident managing patients with chronic pain and complex presentations.

  • Improve patient engagement, outcomes and retention.

  • Reduce your own feelings of overwhelm, uncertainty and burnout when treating complex cases.

  • Create a clinical environment where people feel seen, understood and safe enough to heal.

Because healthcare needs to do better.

Too many people living with trauma spend years searching for answers.

They collect diagnoses instead of understanding.

They receive treatment for symptoms while the underlying drivers remain unrecognised.

And too many healthcare professionals are left feeling frustrated, exhausted and underprepared
—not because they lack compassion, but because they were never taught the missing pieces.

Remodelling exists to bridge that gap.

Because when practitioners understand trauma, they don't just change the way they treat.

They change the way people experience healthcare.
