LIFE DESIGN LAB — LIVE workshops
The Life Design Day
A full-day reset for people who are tired of running on autopilot.
This guided experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and get curious about what comes next.
Through somatic processing, nervous system education and regulation practices, guided movement, reflection, writing and honest conversation,
we'll explore:
What matters to you.
What you actually need.
How you respond when life gets demanding.
What your body might be telling you.
What gives you energy.
What you want to contribute.
And what you want your life to make room for.
Your ticket includes:
A full day of facilitated learning and reflection
The Life Design Workbook
Embodied movement and somatic processing activities
Values, needs and purpose exercises
Small-group connection and conversation
Your personalised Life Design Experiment

A room full of curious humans who are also figuring it out

5:00pm–7:00pm
The workshop ends at 4.30pm, but theres no need to rush home.
Stay for the sunset!
Join us on the lawn overlooking the river for a relaxed sunset picnic with pizza, drinks and good conversation.
It's a chance to decompress after the day, share what you're taking away, meet some of the other people who came along, and simply enjoy being somewhere beautiful without needing to be anywhere else.
There'll be a little storytelling, an opportunity to ask Jenelle questions about REDEFINED, RECALIBRATE and what's next, and plenty of space for conversations to unfold naturally.
No slides. No workbook. No more exercises.
Includes food, drinks, sunset and good company.
Limited places available.
The full breakdown
A Full Day Together
A facilitated 9:00am–4:30pm experience designed to help you pause, reflect, connect and think differently about the life you're building.
The Life Design Workbook
A beautiful, guided workbook you'll use throughout the day to explore your values, needs, relationships, purpose, priorities and the things you want to make more space for.
Education You Can Actually Use
Bite-sized education drawing from biology, neuroscience, behavioural science, healthy ageing and personal development — translated into skills you can use immediately.
Somatic Practices & Nervous System Regulation
Gentle, guided visualisation, movement and somatic integration practices designed to help you slow down, notice your experience and explore different ways of being.
Values & Needs Exploration
Structured exercises to identify the core values that matter most to you and explore the individual, relational and environmental needs that support the way you want to live.
Purpose & Life Design Exercises
Time and guidance to explore what you want to contribute to society, experience in your life, learn from the world and receive from others — and how those things might shape your next chapter.
Your Personal Life Experiment
You'll leave with a simple, practical framework for turning your reflections into one or two meaningful experiments to explore over the following weeks and months.
Facilitated Connection
Small-group, partner and table conversations designed to help you meet other curious humans without the awkwardness of traditional networking.
Morning & Afternoon Refreshments
Bottled water, tea, coffee and light refreshments throughout the day.
