RECALIBRATE
A 4 day LIVE in-person training & 12-weeks of support
for people who want to communicate better, connect more deeply, and stop repeating the same patterns in the relationships that matter most.
Trauma doesn't just alter the mind. It reverberates through the fascia and makes shifts in your body that science has known for decades, but pop culture has only just begun to discuss.
The connective tissue that wraps every cell of every muscle, nerve, and organ in your body is also one of the most densely innervated sensory systems you have — a whole-body intelligence network that registers relational threat, disconnection, and conflict long before the conscious mind catches up.
If you grew up learning that honest communication was unsafe — where conflict meant violence, silence, or abandonment — your fascia learned to brace. Your nervous system learned to protect. And those protective responses followed you into every high-stakes conversation you've had since.
RECALIBRATE is where that changes.
Beginning with a live immersive workshop and moving into twelve weeks of structured group coaching, RECALIBRATE combines fascia science, neuroscience, somatic embodiment, and relational skill-building to give you something most programs never do — immediate, embodied tools you can use in real situations, in real time, with real people.
This is for anyone who struggles with connection under pressure. Anyone who shuts down, blows up, over-explains, people pleases, disappears, or works themselves into knots trying to be understood.
Intakes are limited. Entry is through a free Clarity Call to ensure it's the right fit.

RECALIBRATE is for anyone navigating difficulty in a relationship that carries real weight.
Intimate partners who love each other but can't seem to stop hurting each other — and want to understand why, at a biological level, and what to actually do about it.
Singles who keep finding themselves in the same patterns regardless of who they're with — and are ready to rewire that pattern back to its roots in the body, not just the mind.
Parents and adult children trying to repair or redefine a relationship shaped by dysfunction, silence, or unspoken pain — and wanting tools to communicate across that history without hurting each other.
Friends who've hit a wall — where something that was avoided has lead into distance, and neither person knows how to reach back across it without making it worse.
Business partners and colleagues in high-pressure working relationships where unresolved tension is costing more than just the relationship — and where the stakes are too high to keep avoiding the conversation.
Anyone who grew up in household where dysfunction, unpredictability, or violence was normalised— and who recognises that the way they learned to survive at home is now getting in the way of the connection they want as an adult.
If conflict makes your body do something — fight, flee, freeze, fawn or flop — this program was built for you.
RECALIBRATE is a gender-inclusive program. People of all genders, sexualities, and relationship structures are welcome. -
The RECALIBRATE Live Workshop A four-day immersive experience and your entry point into the program.
You'll be learning about relational biology and neuroscience and immediately applying it — in the room, in your body, with the people alongside you. By the end of the day you'll have real tools for navigating conflict differently, and you'll understand why they work at a biological level. The workshop is not a standalone event — it is the foundation everything else is built on.
12 x Weekly Group Coaching Sessions Continued support held online, each session builds on the last. Somatic practice and relational skill-building are woven together each week — so you're always learning, always practising, and always applying. You leave each session with something you can use immediately, not just concepts to sit with.
Facilitated Relational Practice Structured exercises each session designed to build your capacity to stay present under pressure — to communicate when it's hard, to listen when your body wants to defend, and to repair when things go wrong. The nervous system learns safety through experience. This is where the experience happens.
Education Materials and Somatic Tools Downloadable resources aligned to each phase of the program — and the somatic tools to support your practice between sessions.
Asynchronous Messaging Support Access to support, celebration and shares via the private chat group.
Community Access A small, carefully selected group of people doing the same work — across different relationships, different histories, different stakes. Co-regulation within a safe group is itself one of the most powerful nervous system interventions available. It is built into every session by design.

The Workshop — Where the Work Begins Before we enter the twelve weeks, we come together in person. The workshop is designed to do three things: establish safety, build understanding, and begin practice — immediately.
You'll learn how your fascial system functions as a sensory and emotional processing network, how your nervous system learned to read relational threat in the environment you grew up in, and how those two systems are still running the show in every high-stakes conversation you have today. Then you'll start building upon that — in your body, not just your thinking. You leave the workshop with your first tools already in use and a group of people who are in it with you.
Weeks 1–3 — Self-Regulation: The Foundation of Every Relationship Every relational skill begins here. You cannot communicate well when your nervous system is in threat. You cannot hear someone else when your fascia is braced for impact.
These weeks are dedicated to building your window of tolerance — learning to track sensation through the body, identify your nervous system states in real time, and develop the internal resources that allow you to stay present when conversations get hard.
Weeks 4–6 — Mapping the Pattern Where does your body go when conflict arises? What does your jaw do, your chest, your gut? Who taught you that disagreement looked like this — and what did your nervous system learn to expect in the seconds before a difficult conversation?
We trace the relational blueprint shaped by your earliest environment — not to excavate or re-traumatise, but to understand with precision what is actually happening in you when the stakes feel high. Patterns that once protected you are named, mapped, and worked with directly.
Weeks 7–9 — Relational Practice With understanding comes the opportunity to respond differently. These weeks are where the tools meet real life — how to express a need without shutting down or flooding, how to stay in a difficult conversation without abandoning yourself or the other person, how to hear someone's pain without making it mean something catastrophic about you or them.
Weeks 10–11 — Rupture and Repair This is some of the most powerful work in the program. Every relationship — without exception — will experience ruptures. The difference between relationships that survive and relationships that don't is almost never the absence of conflict. It's the capacity for repair.
You'll practise repair — not as a concept, but as a felt, relational skill.
Week 12 — Integration and Emergence A closing ceremony for the group. What has shifted — in your body, your relationships, your capacity to stay present under pressure — is named and honoured. You leave with the frameworks, the felt experience, and the ongoing somatic practice to keep building the relationships you actually want. Not perfectly. But differently.

What Sets Our Programs Apart
01 / Fascia Science at its Core
Most relational programs work from the neck up. RECALIBRATE is built on the clinical understanding that fascia — the body's most pervasive connective tissue system — is also one of its primary sensory and emotional processing networks. Relational trauma is fascial trauma. And healing it requires working at that level, not just the cognitive one.
02 / Neuroscience You Can Actually Use
Every framework in RECALIBRATE is grounded in current neuroscience — polyvagal theory, interpersonal neurobiology, the neuroscience of attachment and threat — translated into language and practices that make sense in real relationships, in real moments. Understanding why your body does what it does is the beginning of being able to change it.
03 / Trauma-Informed at Every Level
This program is led by a practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience in trauma, chronic pain, fascia, and somatic therapy. Safety, titration, and pacing are embedded into the structure — not added as an afterthought.
The education is clinically grounded.
The container is carefully held.
