This work supports people who have already done significant healing and are ready to develop new ways of regulating, communicating, connecting, and responding to life.Using movement, breath, voice, sensory awareness, and relational practice, coaching trains the nervous system in concert with myofascial, fluid, and sensory systems. The focus is on choice, flexibility, and sustainable change — so your responses feel natural rather than effortful.
